This massive work of nearly a thousand pages is a wonder at first sight! Upon opening it, I could not find a list of contributors, as is the case with books of this size and even smaller ones. Not only does it contain a huge amount of information including more than 4,000 high-quality images, it is mainly the work of one person: the internationally-renowned and eminent musculoskeletal radiologist Dr, Adam Greenspan. He is not just the editor; he is the sole author of this large but excellent text in many respects.
Upon reading up a variety of views and reviews on this book, I discovered that this is a long-standing, popular, extensive, authoritative, and respected text on the imaging of bones and muscles. It’s been written for reference and use by radiologists and orthopedists, no matter what level of knowledge and training they are at.

Each chapter contains a large number and variety of musculoskeletal images, plus other study aids such as a range of different graphics in the Figures and Tables, to make the absorption of material easier for the reader.
