  1. Do you know how much water are you suppose to drink on a daily basis? Half of your body weight in ounces.  Therefore, divide your weight (pounds) by 2 and then divide it into 8 or 16 oz. And you’ll know how many bottles of water you need to drink daily.
  2. Implement a system which allows you to meet your daily requirement. I have a 17 oz thermos and my requirement is to fill it with water 3 times a day.
  3. Take fasting at least 1/3 of your daily requirement in the morning, have warmer water with ¼ lemon for body cleaning and immune system capabilities.
  4. Drink your water 30 minutes before your meals or 2 hours after having eaten.
  5. Implement alkaline smoothies for breakfast. Your health and your body will thank you.
  6. Eat more food grow in trees and plants, and always with an empty stomach. Consume for as little as 50% alkaline food daily. And,  every day have the intention to raise your minimum. Remember you have control of your health: You either eat alkaline balanced pHfood and create health or eat acid food and destroy it.
  7. Eating too fast or while doing other activities can cause you to consume too many calories. Delay at least 20 minutes eating and chew from 30 to 50 times your food.
  8. Always balance your carbohydrates with plant fat: nuts, seeds and/or avocado. Serving size of raw, germinated and organic nuts is a hand full.  Serving size for organic seeds is 2 tablespoons.
  9. Want yourself to say NO to junk food.
  10. Read the food labels. No more than 2 inches of ingredients.
  11. Sleep a minimum of 8 hours per day.
  12. Practice 10 minutes a daily breathing techniques.
  13. Live with love and give at least 5 hugs daily, and there is no limit.
  14. Perform cardiovascular Exercise such as Tabatas 5 times a week
  15. Lift weights 2 or 3 times a week.
  16. Perform planks at least 5 days a week for 5 minutes. Do it for your spine.
  17. Eliminate all toxics from your food, drink, environment, thoughts and words
  18. ALWAYS surround yourself with positive people.
  19. ALWAYS laugh and strongly – this is very healthy.
  20. Floss daily, your gums and teeth will thank you.
  21. Write a gratitude journal, at least 3 things that you are grateful for. And, if you complete this list for 21 consecutive days, you will have created a habit of general health for a lifetime.
